Me and my husband are extremely happy that we found The New York Fertility Center, where Dr. Tony Tsai and all the nurses cared us so much like family ,and treated us professionally.

Having been through the screening process of another Fertility Giant and given the news that I wasn't a candidate was a major blow with time and 6 months wasted that one cannot get back and lets not forget the $$$. my experience with dr. tsai was truly remarkable. he was able to make my dream come true after countless ivf procedures with other providers that simply had not worked in the past. he sat down during our consult and explained everything to me step by step. his team of staff was 100 percent professional and dedicated to the overall result as well. i can't stress this enough , dr. tsai is the best person to place your trust in. he will not give up on you. i can't believe the outcome everything was so worth it. i feel so grateful to have stumbled upon new york fertility center . i'm twice blessed with two beautiful twins. you have to trust the process and trust doctor tsai.

Dr. Tsai and his staff were very attentive and helpful throughout the process. Dr. Tsai always meticulously laid out options and put all the decision making on us, which made the process a lot easier. We also had the pleasure of visiting both of his offices in Flushing and Manhattan, and both are great locations with great staff. I have been getting treatment with Dr. Tsai for a few years. Many ups and downs but he never gave up on me. He found polyps and fibroids that would have prevented me from getting pregnant, and that were not picked up by other doctors. He dug and dug until he found the problem. I am now pregnant finally and I thank him for his patience and understanding. Also for his desire to problem solve and he did.

“Pregnant!”

I have been going to Dr Tsai for more than 15 years. He treated me for fibroids and other medical conditions, as well as helping my husband and I conceive our daughter via IVF and we are now currently pregnant with number 2! Dr Tsai and his staff are knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. He works with you financially and really tries to get to know his patients personally. Whenever I've called with questions or concerns, I've spoken to someone right away or received a call back within a few hours. I recommend others who may be struggling with conception to seek out Dr Tsai.

i will never forget the amazing staff especially dr tsai. the best!!!!! he made my fertility treatment a great experience. he made me feel like his family. his staff always remember my name and were very professional and kind!! we are now 7 weeks pregnant thanks to him and his amazing staff. we waited more than 2 years for this moment. thank you dr tsai and his wonderful staff for everything!!!

“Made a difficult process seamless and easy. . .”

If you are reading this you have probably been trying to conceive or been told by a doctor that you need help-roughly 8 weeks ago, I was exactly were you are-trying to find a specialist in a sea of specialists. I read Dr. Tsai's reviews and decided to try to get an appointment. I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to secure an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted by a warm staff that worked to ensure I was calm and comfortable. When I met with Dr. Tsai, he was professional, knowledgable and honest. He listened intently and he asked probing questions about me and my husband to ensure he had a comprehensive understanding of our case. Every time we've met with him he has answered every question we've had and we've never felt rushed. I found out that I needed surgery before we could begin our treatment, and Dr. Tsai did what no doctor has ever done--treat my fibroids and endometriosis to the point of no pain during my cycles. He has literally changed my life.
