Summary
This is a walk-in Retail clinic inside of Walmart. We are staffed 7 days a week with experienced Certified Nurse Practitioners. We offer non-emergent episodic illness treament. Most insurances are accepted as well as cash/credit card forms of payment for self pay patients.
We can assess, diagnose, and treat/prescribe for the following ailments:
pink eye, stye, minor corneal abrasions, ear ache, sinus, sore throat, cough, bronchitis, minor abrasions and rashes (poison ivy). Sutures and staples can also be removed. With limited services for the following: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever and bladder infections. We cannot administer IVs or take x-rays.
We have the following tests available: strep, mono, flu, urine, pregnancy, and pulse oximetry. We can administer most vaccines, nebulizer treatments and steroid injections for lung issues. We can collect routine blood work and send to EORH/OVMC for processing. We offer FREE blood pressures daily.
We can do limited physicals for camp, school, non-CDL drivers permits, and some pre-employment. We have on site Escreen urine drug tests for employers. We also have a limited medication refill policy.
