“Horrible Experience”
I had an appointment with this doctor today at 3:45. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. I was the only patient in the waiting room when I finally was called. I needed a referral to a specialist. She gave me a hard time and refused to give me a referral without a diagnosis code. I don't know the diagnosis code, I am the patient. She should have called the specialist's office to obtain the code. It's not my responsibility to know it. She brought in another employee and they both teamed up against me and treated me poorly. Dr Santiago then told me she refuses to see me again and would not give me the referral. Beware of this doctor, she should not be a doctor. She is extremely unprofessional.
