Dr. Yale is very easy to work with and the entire team is excellent! Very flexible and very good with different solutions.

“Monthly meetings to stay accountable”

I have been coming to Dr. Yale since October of 2016. I lost my desired weight and still continue to come once a month to have some accountability. Dr. Yale and her assistant, Angela are super helpful and friendly, and great cheerleaders to boot!

“Consistency is vital”

I have been seeing Dr. Yale since early 2017. I have taken breaks during this time and this is when I gain back weight. what works for me is the accountability, ease to prepare the food and the constant encouragement.

This process has been a life changing experience. Simple and effective if executed as presented. Great tracking system of progress and great video support. I am so thankful for the support and education that Dr. Yale and Angela have taught me through out my weight wellness.
