“Doctor's practice uncaring towards elderly”
If there was a way to leave a zero rating I would. This doctor let my elderly mother who is recovering from cancer linger on with brochitis, until it turned in to the flu for 6wks. My mom ended up in the hospital and then Dr. Shah discharged her without any follow-up and she was still sick. When I asked her staff if they had clearly explained the after care to her they told me if I cared about my mother I would attend her appointments. Office staff is horrible and doctor is arrogant, uncarin
