“Incredible experience with an excellent surgeon”

I came to Dr. Glickel with an injury that had been missed by other doctors. Dr. Glickel figured out the problem and performed the surgery. I completely recovered use of my hand and totally normal functionality. He did an incredible job with the surgery and was available by phone and through appointment for follow-ups when I had questions about the healing process.

“Dr Glickel removed a metal plate in my arm and grafted a new flexor tendon in my thumb that had ruptured.”

Dr. Glickel is not only the most skilled hand surgeon one could ask for but he is also the kindest. He listened thoughtfully to all my questions and concerns and always took the time to explain things patiently and clearly until he was sure I understood. And I asked many questions! He guided me through the post surgery physical therapy with follow-up visits to make sure I was progressing as planned. I am so grateful to him for giving me back the use of my thumb!

“THE BEST - HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

Every aspect of my experience with Dr. Glickel was first class. Dr. Glickel and his team are word class and the only people I would trust with any type of hand/extremity injury. Dr. Glickel has immense experience in his field. My recovery is going very well because Dr. Glickel has done an amazing job with my surgery, not to mention the minimal scar he has left on my hand, which I greatly appreciate.

“GREAT EXPERIENCE”

Had such a nice experience with Dr. Glickel. My thumb was in bad shape but Dr. Glickel gave me hope and throughout surgery process and post follow up visits, I was so confident that my thumb would return to normal. My thumb does not click or feel pain, which I am so happy about looking forward to the future and my recovery. Thank you Dr. Glickel!

“I have absolute trust in Dr, Glickel”

I have seen Dr. Glickel over a period of several years, including care of and eventual surgery for a trigger finger which was successful, and have returned with arthiartis (sp?) problems in my right hand. Not only have I received excellent care, his manner is wonderful, his personality winning, and most of all he instills a sense of trust and and confidence in his skill and ability.

“Dr Glickel is a master at his craft and has great skills at making the patient comfortable.”

When i saw Dr Glickel after injuring my thumb, i was in tremendous pain and he was able to immediately make me comfortable. He was quick with his decision to perform the needed surgery and even took time to assist the office staff to ensure all went well for the urgent appointment.

Dr Glickel has continued to be very interested in my progress and each time i have an appointment i am in awe of how very precise he is and not to mention him making me feel as though i am family.

Dr. Glickel came highly recommended to me by my trusted GP, who never steered me wrong. And she was ABOLUTELY right in doing so. “surgery produced immediate positive results”

Severe aches & pain, pins & needles, trigger finger and loss of feeling in both hands brought me to see Dr Glickle. He felt carpal tunnel surgery was the answer. I was slightly negative towards the surgery at first. I opted for shots of cortizone which turned out to be temporary. After agreeing to the surgery, one hand at a time, one after the other, I was convinced as the original problems as explained above were gone immediately, and after a slight recovery, hand strength returned to normal
