It was easy reaching out to sign up for service. I emailed [email protected] and they sent me information. But all I had to do was go to the website tdntsocialservices.org/tdnt-counseling-services to complete the Sign Up form, they verified my insurance information and payment responsibility; they took payments and I was scheduled immediately!
