“I felt at ease when I called and I was running late. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism.”

Great, I so appreciate Doctors who treat people like they matter. I We know that they are busy just by the number of people in the waiting room, When they can make you feel comfortable and safe within a few seconds just by their voice and mannerism when they enter the room, its easy to listen to what they have to say.
