I utilize a number of approaches to therapy, including mindfulness based work, the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping).
I worked as a counselor at MCYS and then as a high school counselor. I led grief groups for adolescents and for adults in the area. I worked in the oil and gas industry as a geologist and as a teacher at the high school and college levels,
