“Great Place!”

Everything that they say I follow the instructions. I trust them with all of my needs. Dr. Mathew, I remember the day when I had an injection and I was in a little pain and Dr. Mathew did everything he could to help me and I felt great when I left that practice. When I have my follow ups I go to the Lilburn location and the receptionist Anna is always so helpful. I lost my tablet one day and Anna knew what it meant to me and she did everyhting she could to find it. I love this place & the staff.

I went to the Lilburn location as a new patient. When I first arrived my insurance was showing inactive. The front receptionist Anna told me that the insurance team checked the insurance and it showed inactive. She told me to call my insurance to see if it could be reinstated yet. I called and it was reinstated. She did everything she could to make sure I would be seen. She was really sweet and patient being that she was basically in the middle between my insurance team and her insurance team.

I really enjoy this place and the doctors. THe only thing that could be better is the wait time. Some times you are in and out and some times you have to wait a little be. You just never know. BUt other than that I love my doctor and the staff there.
