My visit today was very pleasant. I was greeted by the receptionist as soon as I came in. The MA listened to me and explained everything to me and was genuinely concerned about my care. He made suggestions about how I could improve my pain score for my next visit. The physician was also very accommodating to my needs. He ensured that I had enough medication to last until my next visit. Finally, my follow up appointment was treated with respect and I was given a choice of location to suit my needs. Overall, It was a great experience. Thank you!. Ill return at a later day. Keep up The GOOd WORK!

To whomit may concern, I visited th hillandale location for the first time today. Front office was spectacular as in greeting you and bedside manner. Out of all the locations, this one i highly recommend. The back office staff is very theroal and has a great bedside manner. Dr A M Patel is excellent.
