“Cold and Uncaring”
I am of the opinion that Dr. Sobel cared more about making a buck than the status of my eyesight. Each appointment was around two hours, secondary to disorganization. He wanted to take test after test, yet wouldn't comment on the results unless directly questioned. I felt as if I was being processed for billing rather than treated for an eye condition.
