St. Luke's Hospital Nutrition Wellness and Diabetes Center provides medical nutrition therapy and diabetes self-management resources for people with nutrition-related medical diagnosis including high cholesterol, high blood pressure or weight management as well as diabetes. Our outpatient diabetes education program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association and our team offers a comprehensive range of essential clinical services, education opportunities, and wellness programs.
