Summary
With a focus on comfort and care, hospice is a specialized way of attending to patients who are nearing the end of their lives at home where they are comfortable and familiar with their surroundings. Providing hospice care allows us to care for our patients and their families through some of their most difficult times. St. Luke's Hospice care team takes great pride in providing compassionate care and in our ability to properly attend to and counsel patients as they make difficult end-of-life decisions about their treatments.
