“Attentive, life changing therapy.”
She listens well, and has helped me get to know myself as I was reading a book about myself slowly, and reviewing the book, taking necessary notes, making it possible to move forward and work through my unresolved issues and ones that arise. I have learned the meaning of therapy through her and that it is truly a process of “processing” ones hang ups, emotions, and traumas without rushing. I have gotten to know myself and learned to help myself.
