I've been a patient for over 15 years. During my fist consultation, he saw something on an EKG that didn't look right. He recommended I see a cardiologist. Turned out I had some blockage that led me to have a quadruple by-pass. Had he not been concerned and made that recommendation, I'd most likely have died that fall. I have complete trust and faith in his advice.

I had a pleasant appointment with Dr. Jill Sisselman. She was attentive and took time to answer my questions and discuss my concerns. I felt that the staff could improve on their attentiveness and bedside manner. They rushed through everything with me, and they spoke so fast. They were not approachable or friendly, I felt uncomfortable asking them to repeat themselves. Follow-up calls after the appointment were unclear and did not address the concerns I discussed with the doctor.

My experience was overall very positive. Dr. Sisselman was attentive, informative and really took the time to explain my results to me. The only issue I have is my bloodwork and urine sample were lost and after 2 weeks of not receiving any results I had to call to see what the issue was. I have not been able to plan a revisit to redo them.

After 2 weeks, no lab results had to make phone calls & e-mail to get results.

Same with sonogram results. Took 3 weeks & 2 phone calls to finally be told all ok. I'm sure if there was a problem I would have been notified, but It would be nice to get the all ok without having to chase.

I was misdiagnosed by an urgent care facility with a respiratory infection. I wasn't getting better after a month. I made an appointment with the doctor and he immediately and accurately knew that I have allergies and post nasal drip. He prescribed OTC allergy medication and in a few days I was feeling great.

“Lack of trust”

I went in for an annual physical and was told everything was normal in my lab results. Meanwhile, upon my review, I found in my lab results on my medical locker that my cholesterol is high and triglycerides are at very high levels. Electrocardiogram results were also not delivered timely and I had to place multiple calls to follow up to get results. I look to a medical practice to provide guidance and helpful information which I do not feel I received regarding my overall health.

“Dr Sisselman was absolutely amazing.”

She made me feel so comfortable, she was so caring and asked questions. She didn’t try to rush me out or anything. She went over everything throughly and made sure that I knew what was going on at all times. Very happy that I found her and currently a part of their group.
