“Dr. Martens was a great help with menopause/fatigue”
My fatigue and overall feeling of hopelessness was defining my whole life. Dr. Martens looked at the whole picture. From what i was eating, if and when i was getting exercise, sleep patterns, emotional stressors, followed it up with easy blood tests to rule out deficiencies. She gave me specific things to work on. Not just "eat more protein", but the amount i should be looking for and suggestions of what and where to find it. I am feeling much better, and have my hope back.
