“Basic care”
I have gone to Dr. Betz for a number of years and find her to give adequate coverage. She is knowledgeable of her practice. She has also worked me in when an emergency has arisen. I do find the wait time to see her extremely long and normally, for a regular yearly check, end up being in her office 2-3 hours. That amount of time seems excessive to me. Her staff is not friendly and sometimes even surly.
