I've had many bad experiences with dentist and was expecting nothing less when I walked in, so I was surprised when I walked into Robertson Dental and having and over great experience. I was greeted by an attentive and positive front desk staff. Especially Jennifer! When I was getting my teeth cleaned they made may sure I was as comfortable as can be and when I went in the following day for two fillings Dr. Gover did an excellent job he knows what he's doing and makes sure you go through little to no pain. Keep up the great work!

Staff and doctors were friendly. They spoke with me about their concerns. The staff that did the initial eval and cleaning were kind and thorough. My only request is that they say what they are doing before they get to work in my mouth. But they were happy to answer all my question during and after my visit. For me it matters that they have bilingual staff and doctors. Support businesses for people of color.

This was my first visit with Dr. Alicia Robertson. She was extremely sweet and understanding. I am terrified of Dentist and for this reason I stay away (which is not good because I need a lot of work). However, I did not feel judged by Dr. Robertson. She listened to my concerns, provided me with options (dental and payment wise), and never made me feel like less of a person for not having perfect teeth.

Her dental team was nice as well, and went above and beyond in providing dental insurance information when I requested it.

Like I said, this was my first visit and first impressions are important. I will definitely be returning!
