Dr. Veligdan came highly recommended for the safe removal of my mercury filling. My initial consultation was very good. Dr. Veligdan explained to me clearly how they would extract the filling while keeping mercury exposure to a minimum. On my following visit I had x-rays taken and made an appt to have the filling extracted. From my experience so far I trust I'll be in good hands.

After my first time visit I'll be back. Dr. Veligan was incredibly helpful in understanding my prior dental history and also giving a plan of action for what's ahead of my dental care. He takes the time necessary. The staff in the practice are incredibly nice and accommodating and very helpful.

Dr. Veligdan is highly intelligible and provides constant feedback as he's operating. I understand he used to teach crowns at Columbia and provided helpful feedback on every aspect of my dental situation (current crown, potential orthodontia, health of gums, need for filling, etc.).

The administrative / insurance process has been seamless. Kathy (the office manager) is highly organized and makes each appointment efficient; I find this to be rare for any medical practice.

My experience with Dr.Veligdan was very good. He is a very knowledgeable doctor and he knows how to explain details about my teeth in gums in a way where i fully understood. He was also very careful and clean once they began. Brianna the dental assistant was so kind and nice and reassuring that i was in good hands.The staff were very polite and welcoming into the office and took care of everything after my visit to make sure i was all good and set. After seeing a few different dentists in the past decade, I was very impressed by Dr. V's knowledge, willingness to explain, and really just the overall amount of time he spent with me as a patient.

Overall, very happy with the experience. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is solely that there was a lot of handling of non-sterile objects (e.g. models) with sterile gloves, which then went in my mouth. Nonetheless, impressed by Dr. V.
