“Arrogant, rude and hurt my Mom”
Dr Shergy walked into the room demanding immediate answers. My elderly Mother did not have a moment to think of the answer before he was demanding another answer. He jerked her crooked body up onto the exam table before I could gently help her. He slapped her on the back and jerked her bent body straight. She was crying at this point. I finally told him enough. You have to be gentle with her. She is in constant extreme pain from advanced Rheumatoid Arthritis. That was the reason we were there to see him. That man actually yelled at me. The Nurse rushed in to see what was going on. My Mom and I walked out. We told the Nurse. She was not shocked. The receptionist asked to make another appt. , we said no way. She insisted the doctor wanted another appt. we said no. Never. Do not make an appt. Three months later we received a reminder call that we had an appt. The staff made my Mom an appt anyway! The worst experience and the worst doctor I have ever met in my life. He should have his license taken away. Horrible.
