“Excellent”
Frankly I could not have had a better experience. I have received dental care for close to 7 decades and in 9 different states. I have never had any Doctor personally call me at 7:40 pm the evening of my procedure to follow up on how I was doing.
I was first impressed by how easy it was to relate to Dr. Claudio during the procedure. It felt more like interacting with a friend than a Doctor. Too many doctors project a condescending, elitist attitude simply because they have a Dr. in front their name.
Dr. Claudio performed my procedure professionally, painlessly, and quickly. Always kept me informed of what he was doing and consistently asked if I was comfortable. Excellent bedside (well guess it was really chairside manner).
I was also impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of his staff. From the receptionist to his assistant, everyone was helpful, communicative, and concerned with my welfare.
Based on my experience, I question why anyone would not give Dr. Claudio and his staff 5 stars across the board.
