This review has taken way too long for me to write and post. Every time I lift my shoulder, use it for household chores, or strength train, I am immediately reminded of how great I feel and that I still owe Dr. Goodwin and his team this review!
Sometime in 2017, I tore my rotator cuff doing yoga, YES yoga! I dealt with the pain for quite some time, assuming that it would disappear. After many months of waking up in pain and experiencing intense pain throughout my workday, I decided to see a doctor. After an x-ray and an MRI, I was told I had a pretty significant tear, and surgery was required. I attempted physical therapy first then started Cortisone injections. Reluctantly, I scheduled the surgery with a pretty prominent surgeon locally that has repaired hundreds, possibly thousands of torn rotator cuffs. I spoke with a few of my colleagues that tore their rotator cuff and inquired about their healing process, and it wasn’t a pretty picture.

But his office was exact opposite, everyone was very polite and during my examination he was very transparent about my situation. I can not say enough good things about Dr Goodwin and his staff. He gave me an honest estimate and accurate diagnosis on my knee. Before the procedure i could hardly walk due to the pain in my knee. Now I can run 4 to 5 miles at least once a week and I am 60 years old.
