“Professional yet friendly, great rehab care”

I had a chronic neck pain since almost a year due to cause unknown. Dr. Reema not only helped me recover from it, but also recommended lifestyle changes and preventive care to avoid further discomfort. I’ve been sleeping better, and my range has improved in my day to day activities.

“Russell Hartophilis”

From ACL and miniscus repair surgery to chronic back pain, Russell has put me back together more times than I can count - and a few times when other PTs had failed. He is super smart and ALWAYS present in the moment assessing re-assessing and creating individualized treatment. Every appointment and for every minute. Can not say enough positive things

“trust the process”

He has been great throughout the whole process. We talked about my goal of being able to return to rugby as soon as possible. me being a kid just wanted to get out and run as soon as i got out of the brace but he slowed me down and showed me how much work had to be done.

“Russell is understated and underrated”

Over a decade on and off. Russell has managed a number of different conditions (mostly caused by being an overambitious athlete at my age). While not always obvious, his techniques lead to fast recovery and comfort - the best!!

“On the road to great recovery...”

When i first met Russell two years ago, i was someone that was always skeptical about PT work. He changed that belief. he fully explained what was wrong and the process needed to get better. I have since come in with other symptoms and he has been truly great to work with..

“Great therapist!”

Russell helped diagnose and treat a long standing shoulder/upper back pain that I had post shoulder surgery, that other therapists did not initially recognize. I would (and have) recommend him to anyone that I know who is in need of physical therapy.
