I recently underwent a Double SGB procedure, performed by Dr. Sean Mulvaney. If was my first SGB with Dr. Mulvaney, but my 18th and 19th SGBs overall. Prior to, I was in a lonely, dark, isolated, and overwhelmed state; and my symptoms were out of control. Dr. Mulvaney moved his schedule to get me in within one day. From the moment I walked in the door, he and his staff exhibited warm compassion, rapport, genuine empathy, and professional care. Dr. Mulvaney explained every step in detail and confirmed my understanding and willingness to proceed. Both procedures went flawlessly, timely, and effective. The results were immediate and I felt like a different person than I did 36 hours prior. I highly recommend Dr. Mulvaney. His expertise, clear communication, and genuine compassion proffer instant credibility and trust. What he is doing for SOF Veterans and others is truly a blessing.

I"m a retired NYC Firefighter who responded to the Twin Towers on
9/11. Iwas assigned to E-1 My company arrived prior to either building collapsing. I was on the 22nd floor of tower one when tower 2 collapsed. I made it just out of the building and than it collapsed behind me and my company. I lost my LT that day. I was hit with debris and was burried for a bit . Icontined to dig at thr site for many months I attended so many funerals i cant even count . I felt like the whole world was caving in on me and not knowing what was wrong until i was diagnosed with PTSD years later I heard about Dr Mulvany and th great work that he has don with helping pepole with PTSD. I did some reserch on him and i couldnt wait to make an appoiment received the GHB block and felt likr ive have never felt before, I felt relaxed and all the stress was lifted off my shoulders .
