I am very pleased with my experience in Premier Podiatry's office. Dr. Petkov is amazing and goes the extra mile for his patients. He got an MRI pre-authorization for me. He was able to diagnose and treat what two other podiatrists couldn't. He presented me with options which I value highly. Beata, Kiara and Alexa are all very attentive. Reliable and professional care that does not leave much else to be desired. The procedure was explained in detail in advance. My sister brought me to see Dr. Petkov after I had been complaining with heel pain for over a year. I am so glad she did! The doctor is amazing. I did not expect my visit to be as positive as it was. Dr. Petkov is super easygoing and makes the exam a beeze. The front desk girl and his MA are both sweethearts. The doctor recommended many different treatment options and let me decide what is best for me. I will surely be back.

Great experience! I had a plantar wart for quite sometime. I've gone to other foot doctors and they told me to just use over the counter medications but never worked. I was able to get an appointment very easily with Dr. Petkov and my first visit he removed my wart quickly and painlessly. Plus the front desk help and assistant were very sweet too. Definitely recommend!

“Helped me through a difficult time”

Dr. Petkov is THE foot doctor to go to with any fracture. I received an appointment immediately after calling. The receptionist had me in very quickly and explained my insurance well. The friendly nurse took xrays in digital format within minutes. Dr. Petkov went over the images with me and spent a lot of time explaining everything. He worked with my insurance to get me a bone healing device and I am very thankful. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and you will be too.

“I had a really good experience at Premier Podiatry's Clifton office”

Almost NO wait time. I was in and out of their gorgeous waiting area in under 5 minutes. The friendly receptionist helped me check in and explain the insurance/financial policies and then the doctor's medical assistant took me in. Both of them were really pleasant ladies. Dr. Petkov's examination was very detailed and his diagnosis was on-point. I am very happy with him. He has an excellent bedside manner and you can ask him anything pertaining to shoes. “Dr. Petkov is my go-to foot doc”

I'm a chef and I work on my feet 6 days a week for 10-16 hours a day, depending on the day. I have developed severe plantar fasciitis over the years. I had tried many things to help with the pain - from expensive insoles to physical therapy and seeing other foot doctors. Nothing helped the way that Dr. Petkov's shock-wave treatment and home regimen has. I did 5 sessions with him and 95% of my pain is gone. I also wear the insoles he made for me and they are like night and day with the previous ones. I strongly recommend you see him!

Dr. Velimir Petkov came highly recommended by my doctor after I showed him a bump on my foot. I am now happy to pass the recommendation to others because of how great Dr. Petkov is. I was greeted by a very friendly lady over the phone when I called to make my appointment in their Clifton office. That great first impression continued throughout the registration process and exam. I brought my mother for an ankle sprain (after I had seen the doctor myself months ago.) She was just as happy with him as I was. “Treated My Heel Pain”

I work on my feet (I'm a chef) and I've had to deal with heel pain most of my life. The orthotics dr. Petkov made for me are absurdly comfortable. He uses the latest 3D scanner and explained the entire process in a lot of detail to me before I agreed to have these made. I am so thankful and glad that I did. I can now focus on preparing food not my heel pain. Dr. Petkov is the best and his assistants are great too.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Petkov and the amazing team at his Clifton office. I came in desperation with a sprained ankle and they took great care of me. Dr. Petkov took xrays of my ankle on the spot and show them to me on his iPad. His medical assistant was super sweet and supportive throughout my visit. “Dr. Petkov Treats Both Me and My Wife”

Dr. Petkov has been treating me for toenail fungus. I was embarrassed prior to coming to his office but my wife made me do it. The entire Premier Podiatry staff is very non-judgmental which helped greatly! Dr. Petkov is awesome and so are the girls who work with him. The laser treatment worked well for my fungus. The doctor is also treating my wife for heel pain which she says is 90% better after 2 months. I recommend this practice to everybody with foot problems or pain.

I was seen on time and had my ingrown toenail removed same-day. Dr. Petkov was extremely gentle with me. He and his assistant talked to me the entire time, keeping my mind off of the procedure. My prescription was sent straight to my pharmacy and I picked it up right after I left the office. The friendly manager called to check on me a few days after my initial visit. Everyone here is so nice and efficient. The team at Premier Podiatry seems to have a very good system in place. I filled my forms on my cell phone before coming for my appointment. “The BEST podiatrist ever!!!”

I hurt my foot on Wednesday. After a bad experience with several podiatrists (fake doctor's empathy, not nice medical assistants etc.) I came across Premier Podiatry. The doctor: not just knowledgeable, but truely compassionate. I requested enormous amount of adjustments and I was waiting for him to become annoyed BUT never happened. He made actually even more suggestions to ease my pain. The office: It looks more like a spa than doctor's office with tons of small gadgets to help the doctors explain your problem and fix it. Most doctors will put these money into their homes. This shows true respect and care. The staff: The assistant is Amazing. I want to steal her for my business. I would have but the doctor was too nice to me and deserves only good. I hope some doctors to read my review and take advice from This podiatrist.

“The staff and doctor were great!”

He treats both of my sons for different foot problems. Dr. Petkov provided a great insight on the types of shoes they should wear as well as treatment options. My kids really like him and don't feel like they are in a doctor's office. My younger boy did not shed a tear! He got a chocolate foot after his treatment as a reward. Dr. Petkov's entire staff is very attentive to us and especially his manager. She went out of her way to resolve an issue I had with my older child's school. I will be referring to this wonderful office as much as I can.

“I am really grateful to the staff and doctor!”

“The best podiatrist”

I am a long-time patient of his. This time around, I brought my daughter for toenail fungus. Dr. Petkov offered her many different ways to treat it effectively and we are using a combination of his suggested methods. He has the best laser for toenail fungus that doesn't hurt and we can be out of the office in 15 minutes. This goes without saying but the staff here is always friendly and cordial. You can tell that they love seeing patients. I recommend them all warmly.

Dr. Petkov is surprisingly down-to-Earth and easy to talk to for how exceptionally talented he is. I had an ingrown toenail removal procedure in his office. He was efficient while distracting me from the initial pain caused by the shot. His assistant held my hand the entire time and calmed me down. I am so thankful for these guys! Go to them if you have a foot problem. You won't regret it. They also saw my brother for a last-minute appointment after my great experience with them. Very nice and caring podiatrist. I went in for an ingrown toenail and was frightened. My toenail was turning blue to black and bleeding. Dr. Petkov expertly diagnosed and treated it over the course of 3 visits. The initial procedure was painless as can be - Dr. Petkov is a real pro! His staff is polite and friendly.
