A pediatric NP without compassion for small kids

My dtr was sick with colds, cough, fever and dehydration for not eating nor drinking for 6 days, so we went to Children's Med Center in Dallas ER. The male ER RN just pretended to listen to my dtr's lungs. I know coz I am an RN, too, but i didn't say anything. Then we saw Jeena Jacob NP. She ordered another CXR and didn't consider looking at my dtr's yesterday's CXR from an urgent care. I told her it's double radiation exposure to my baby, and it's not going to make a difference from day's to today's reading. She didn't bother to read our CXR and went to order another CXR. Result is normal. It just doubled the radiation and the expense and my dtr's suffering. My 1 yr old dtr was really crying in the radiology room held by my husband so they can get a picture. Then she said, you can go home now, just push fluids and she'll be better. I was so upset hearing that. I told her once again my baby refused to drink anything from her bottle or sip cup for 6 days, consistently crying from colds and cough, and fever spikes. She cant even get up by herself from being too weak, and will often stumble down. I requested for lab works to check her electrolytes and give her IV fluids. She said my baby is not dehydrated coz she still has tears. I was so upset that this NP wanted to wait for my dtr be too dry to be given prompt treatment. We went home with a broken heart. Jeena Jacob NP has no place to be in medical field. She has no compassion especially for kids. Her tone of voice too is not nice. I know she is an Indian, but she should adjust her tone of voice when dealing with babies/kids. She does not deserve to get even a one star. No star for this woman.
