“No fair to the kids”
I will start by saying Shannon is a amazing doctor. The problem is with the office manager and record keeping. My kids went to there office for the first time about 4 years ago. I had the dates wrong and missed one appointment. The office manager claims that some time in the last four years there was another missed appointment and my children would have to seek services with someone else. This is so not fair to these kids to have to start all over. I felt others should know.
