“Staff giving doctors a bad rep”

I have had nothing but problems with the staff at this office and it is a shame cause the doctors are really great but as far as getting things faxed over as far as scripts and referrals forget it. They are rude I have caught them lying by documenting our conversations on the phone even as far as asking who I was talking to that person gave me a phony name. I was told by another doctors office that they were rude to them and hung up on them. Just yesterday I dropped my vial of insulin and broke it. My pharmacy called them to get it refilled, today my pharmacy called them (for the 3rd time) about the prescription, it was still sitting on there desk and haven't submitted it to the insurance. 2 days with out insulin now. had to call my provider to get it done! This is life threatening! It is really disturbing that I have to change doctors cause I really like them and I thought we were going to have a long relationship, I knew I was in good hands.
