“Prescribed contradicting medication (after telling him 3 times he was allergic) for my son”
He asked me three time, personally, not to mention the three locations I noted in my son's paperwork, to what medications my son was allergic. Then he proceeded to send in a prescription to which my son is allergic. If it wasnt for the pharmicist recognizing the conflict, my son could have died!
