I've been working with Mike for over 10 years...he has calmly helped me navigate some of the most difficult transitions in my life. He has an uncanny ability to make you feel safe and yet capable of taking on all that is in front of you, even when it seems impossible.
I have also greatly benefited from group therapy work with Mike. He is keenly aware that much growth occurs while interacting with others vs one on one with a therapist.
