“Dr. Michael Ackerman used to be a great doctor but over the last years he has gone down hill.”
My husband complaint to him about some issues with his legs and over the years of doing nothing to check and see what was causing the issue he ended up with a heart attack and block arteries in one of his leg from his groin to his knee and there is nothing that can be done about it. I set up to have blood work done 3 month got the call to come in for my appointment had to wait around 2 hours and didn't get it done they didn't know what the doctor wanted when it was a 3 month check of my diabetic and when I just left and when I finally thought will I would try again and went in he chewed me out for not waiting to have my blood work done and calling the day or two before to let them know I was coming. Than my daughter had blood work done they had the results on Monday when I called around lunch time and I called back everyday until Thursday and finally they called me with the results on Thursday afternoon to say everything was fine. I am really sorry that he has gone down so much he was a great doctor at one time. It is so sad.
