He's very gentle, caring and efficient. If he can do the job well and save you a little money at the same time, he will! Just because he quotes such and such time on a particular tooth problem, and finding it not as bad as he thought, will take care of it and reduce the charge to time and material that it actually took. Highly reccommend!
