“Humanistic”
The title says it all. She has been such a vital part of my support system and has already got me through so much in a short period of time. She's a great balances of tough and honest, explains things thoroughly, empathetic, and will do anything to work with her as long as you open yourself up to therapy and are serious about improving. I would give her so many more than 5 stars if I could!!
