“Very disappointed”
We've had two experiences with her and can truly say that there will not be a third. It was very hard to relate to her and didn't even look like she liked children. We, as first time parents, had lots of questions and she was eager to be done with us. The second time around it was a call we put in on a Sunday. We waited an hour to get a response from her and when she finally called she was very rude and condescending. We were very worried about our baby at that time, and she had no empathy whatsoever. Very disappointed. :0(
