“Horrible Staff”
Dr. Smith is amazing and very friendly. I was excited for her to be my OBGYN Dr. I went to get a prescription for birth control, and it has been three months and still nothing. I called once a week for three months, and rarely got anyone in the office. When I did, Monique would try and blame the manufacture every time. Explaining they were supposed to contact me, which wasn't true as I contacted them and was embarrassed when they said "Manufactures don't deal with patients." Why would Monique lead patients to that? She stopped returning my calls, and now for some reason if I call it always gets transferred to a voicemail. Time for a new Doctor. Which I hate to do, because I really Liked. Dr. Smith.
