“Unhelpful Therapy”
Jaimee is one of several therapists from whom we have requested help. She was, hands down, the most unhelpful. Generally, rather than providing the one-on-one individualized counseling for which I was paying, she relied on one, single method. It seems she went about all counseling, with everyone, in exactly the same way, without regard for their individual issues. She showed very little empathy or understanding that people are different, and kept her preconceived notions, even when it became obvious that they were off-base and not working. Her work shows clearly why no counseling is better than poor counseling!
