“Maybe good for some, but not me”
I used hard drugs for emotional/mental problems and obsession with ex. He dismissed much of what I said about drugs claiming he knew what it was about because he had "smoked joints with the guys." As for the girl, he said I should date someone else to make her jealous (wanting me to move on?) which I followed and ended up having a regretful meaningless fling and becoming suicidal. After quitting sessions and going my own way, I stuck to my principles, got off drugs, and married the original girl
