I have seen another therapist and a life coach in the past, but this was by far the most helpful experience. I originally went in just for a "tune up," and Beverly quickly helped me identify many longstanding patterns that interfered with me getting what I wanted out of life. We worked on how to break through these patterns using a combination of coaching, therapy and EMDR. I am much happier now (and so are my husband and kids)!
