John is excellent in listening as well as cutting to the chase in human interactions. Went to other counsellors first, thought they wanted to fit us into their somewhat preconceived philosophies or sell books. Have been to John from time to time over the last 15 years. Saved our marriage. No doubt about that. Doesn't play, says what he thinks. Faith-based but that doesn't mean that you get some platitudes. He is very good at what he does and reads people well. He won't waste your time.
