“The BEST Surgeon”
My Mother was in extreme pain after having back surgery done by a local Orthopedic Surgeon in the area, to top it off she ended up with a blood clot in her lung which lead to her having to take a blood thinner medication.
The original Surgeon did not want to do another surgery on her but would not come right out and tell us that, instead he let her lay in bed for several weeks on heavy narcotic's leaving us to find another Surgeon who would need to perform a very intricate procedure on her to fix the first surgery he did.
After calling every practically every Surgeon in the Salt Lake Valley we fortunately found Dr. Jodie Levitt. When we called her office we received an appointment within 48 hours. After the exam Dr. Levitt stated she would perform the surgery the following Monday, due to the fact that my Mother was on blood thinners special precautions had to be taken in order to perform another surgery. Dr. Levitt walked us through each step with so much compassion and understanding it was incredible and this was before she even performed the surgery.
4 days later my Mom finally received the surgery she needed. Dr. Levitt performed the surgery flawlessly when no one else would even look at my Mom after reviewing the MRI. Her after care was also flawless, she really cared about what she does and the people she helps.
Our family would like to thank Dr. Levitt and her office staff for the exceptional service that she has given us beginning to end. My Mom is now pain free and has her mobility back thanks to Dr. Jodie Levitt.
