“Read the fine print for billing...”
I've been a patient at this office for years... and not once I have I actually met the Dr Watson. Always a RN, etc. I understand they are busy but not a single time? And also, read the fine print in your paperwork... Getting charged for things that were not verbally explained to you is never good.
