Dr Sylvester did not do my permanent crown molding

Dr Jacob Sylvester did not do the permanent crown molding for me (if he told me before he would not do this part for me, I would not be lying on the dental chair). He only did the injection (numbed 5 ½ hours) and the drilling part, absolutely nothing more. He then left the room and never came back. He left all the rest procedure to the side chair lady. It was a scary, upset, insecure experiment.
Today (3-31-2016) was the first visit of starting procedure for replacing my broken crown (I did not have root canal on my molar). The drilling started less than 1 minute after injection. Since I felt something, Dr Sylvester gave me more injection. In the middle of drilling, we were interrupted 3 times by his staff. Dr Sylvester paused 3 times whispering to each other, he even stepped out to the door to continue their conversation (leaving me with an open mouth like I am invisible). They talked at least 20 to 40 seconds every time. After the drilling was done, he left immediately and never came back. He left all the other procedures to the side chair lady to finish.
My permanent crown was supposed to be put in by Dr Sylvester on 4-18-2016. As usual, a side chair lady guided me to a room. She sat on a chair by me and said to me she was going to take my temporary crown out. I asked her if Dr Sylvester was there. He had not done the permanent crown molding for me last time. She said it won’t be. Then I said you better checked the record. You were not at the scene. Then I asked if there was any dentist available.
Dr Marengo came in. I shared some part of my experience with him. He said he could redo the impression if it did not fit. Then he tried to put in the crown which I felt very tight at first. Finally, my crown was done after he scratched the cement out from my molar ( I did not have root canal on my molar). I felt pain when he was scratching my molar, he then mentioned he could give me an anesthesia. Two x-ray films were taken (before & after). He mentioned he would not charge me and advised me not to eat sticky food for 24 hours.
To sigh with regret it is difficult to find a conscientious dentist.
