“Was a new patient”
Not good. This doctor may have been having issues with her office staff, but appointments were cancelled and rescheduled several times by her staff. I a diagnosis that could have been made months earlier than it was, caused me to suffer for months until I could finally pin her down. I am with another PCP now who treats patients with respect.
