“Excellent bed side manner!”
Catherine has excellent bed side manner, and I can tell that she actually enjoys her job. She doesn't just treat you as a patient but more importantly a person. She actually listens and is empathetic with whatever problems/illnesses you have. I have had some not so good experiences with the doctor that is also in the same office, but I was very impressed with her.
