Doctor Carty, was always there for me when I was a patient on ward seven. I spent the holiday of the 4th of July locked down. Doctor Carty was on call that day and spent over an hour and a half with me in an office. He listened and talked to me not as a patient but as an induvial. Doctor Carty is a down to earth person and deeply cares about his patients
