Always explains thoroughly any procedure being discussed or preformed ... Always asks key questions in such a way that it is easy for the patient to understand the reason for the question &, therefore, the best way to state the answer ... Always, always is at ease with co-workers & patients ... making it very natural to feel at ease with him & with the entire appointment.
