When we moved into Irvington, NY in 1979, Dr. Outon was recommended to us by the Dobbs Ferry Emergency Room nursing staff. My old family physician retired and we needed to find a new one. We have been extremely happy with him ever since. His diagnoses have been spot-on every time and he has helped us through some very tough times!!
