“Don't see this doctor for any reason!”
The staff does not return phone calls ever! I left over 16 messages over a two week period and no response. I have severe nerve damage and I could not get my scripts filled. I believe that Dr. Chen treats Cal Optima patients as low priority....Long waits and no help what so ever
