“Excellent”
I needed a new dentist, so I searched the Blue Cross Blue Shield Participating Dentists list , I selected Dr. Stephanie Acevedo-DeCandis at Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics. After explaining my issue, Nancy, one of the dental assistants squeezed me in with an appointment on the next business day.
On arrival, Michelle, the really friendly office manager, helped me with the paper work then Nancy took my husband and me to meet Dr. Acevedo-DeCandis. We were both impressed with her engaging and professional manner. She explained, in simple terms, what procedure would be done to alleviate my dental issue. She really took time to answer all of the questions we had.
As a new and very nervous patient, three days later I returned to have the dental work done. Dr. Acevedo-DeCandis took me exactly on time, reviewed the procedure with me, cleverly distracted me while numbing me and expertly completed the work. Dr. A-DeC and her dental assistant, Brittany, made me feel more than comfortable during the whole procedure. I was thrilled with the results. Dr. A-DeC has become my permanent dentist. I highly recommend her.
